All done, took me 4 hours. Only hassle was the fuel rail and the injector harness, just not enough room to work in there!!!

Thanks to a CEG'er who sent me the special tools for disconnecting the fuel pipes (not available in the UK) otherwise I would still be there!

One thing I did do was mask off the open holes of the intake, oh too easy to drop something down in there!

Been for a spin, seems a lot smoother, pulls more before the secondaries open up. For those interested in the size differences between the std Duratec lower manifold and the ST200 one, std to ST200 bore sizes are as follows:-

Primary bore 30.8 / 33.0mm
Secondary bore 32.0 / 34.7mm

I took a few pics during the install:-

And finally the two lowers side by side

Anyone want a set of brand new SVT green injectors???

Whats the flow rate on the green injectors?

My '99 SVT has orange injectors, and the 3.0 that I bought had Blue injectors. Anyone know the color rating system? PM me.

I want them, if they fit, how much? My a/f ratio is a very low 14 instead of like 12.5 since I opened up the exhausts. I think the larger injectors will provide the fuel I need. Let me know.

So what rating are the light blue injectors that came with my 3.0 taurus motor?

What duty cycle is the rating at?

I would assume that 19 lb/hr would be with no higher than 80% duty cycle.
