Well, after using the spinning braking technique a few weeks ago, my Ranger decided to come to a stop using the friction caused by steel on concrete. I believe I have ruled out concrete as a legitimate alternative as a brake pad. Sliding on your roof with the roof pushed down passed your normal head level hurts like a [censored]. I may have to start hating SUVs. The explorer driver didn't even stop after running me into the median and causing me to flip...
