I got a sweet 245 piece Dremel kit from Santa this year.  I haven't played with it yet though.

I've seen those rims in person on another CEG-ers ride and must say they look even better in person Looks like your going to need to invest in some Never-Dull though as they're going to need to be polished alot to keep them looking good. You can also pick up some Mequiars metal polish as well, good stuff, smells good and is easy to work with, either one will net you the results you desire to keep them lookin
