Taking a fall like that could produce internal injuries that you are not aware of, best to go to the ER or the doctor at the very least and ensure that everything is really OK. Your upper back soreness could be masking a cracked or fractured rib easily, or internal bleeding, then again it could just be bruising, but the point is, get it checked out to be on the safe side.

Well it would be a good idea, but I don't think I will. It costs money, and I don't have any sharp pain. Actually I'm doing pretty well considering.
I changed my cousins timing belt and water pump in his 98 escort, and I feel pretty good, a little tired, but I'll be fine. That's my 3rd escort timing belt in like 4 months, everyone in my family owns a flippin' escort!

i tried to jump between 2 garages with a 15-20 ft. drop between the two. I missed and needless to say, never ever tried it again.
