Alright, I've battled this one for the last couple weeks and am finally resorting to posting about it. I've search regarding the P0442 code and came up with a couple things, but none seemed to help much.
Anyway, here goes. So a few weeks ago my CEL came on and I had it scanned. The result was a P0442 so I figured it was my gas cap and it would go away in a few days after tightening. It didn't, and I also found a hesitation under moderate-to-heavy load in the lower end (under 3000rpm). Well, I replaced the gas cap because I figured the old one had finally bit the dust and wasn't sealing properly. Code hasn't gone out, and the hesitation is still there. I looked at the vacuum lines and they all seem good, and I can't hear any leak..
Anyone have a pointer for me?

EDIT: It has about 155k on it, and I replaced the plugs & fuel filter about 3 months ago.
It comes up from the rear of the car on the right side of the firewall and goes into a valve. From the valve it goes behind the engine to the PCV valve.
