Ok finaly got an engine light. Again. I searched and took a look at my car. The linkage seems to be disconected. Again. It feals like I have great power from idle to 3k, thats all the higher I have been taking it. Thats were the ticking or rattle starts, could they be related? That would be nice.

You may want to fix the IMRC but it's not causing the rattle.
Partially blocked EGR and cylinder carbon buildup are usually the culprits. A lean mixture will make it worse, as will bad or wrong plugs. If it's really inconsistant make sure the plug wires are not leaking and crossfiring.

Just recently,someone else had knocks, see this topic plugs Bad plug, very bad. New plugs and ignition wires may be needed (Autolite APP764 plugs.)

ok, so last night on my way home from work(2mi), a new noise devolped. when there is a load on the engine and you let off the gas, a much louder kluncking comes about only until you push on the gas again. I get paid on the 2nd(I hope) then she will go in so a mechanic can tell me the engine is trash. anyone who can shed some light on this newest noise would be my hero.
edit: how would plugs/wires make noises like this?

It probably wouldn't when the load it off. The engine knock without load, is the oil pressure light on?

nope, no oil light, it has been leaking(for the first time), but I have been all over it, and it is not low. Could low or too much oil cause my latest noise concern?
edit: The thing I dont get, is it is still smoth as ever. When knocking or not, low or high. also, code says imrc stuck open, but I have great low ind, but the high end is noticibly not there.

Maybe the knock is not internal to the engine. Some accesory idler, a/c pulley, catalytic shield?

would that fit all these peramiters? I looked at the heat shield's, looked fine. How can I tell if it is an accy? I am going to cry. I hate this sooooo bad. F*** being poor.
