OP butane New CEG\'er B Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 24	95 gl 4 cyl. My spring broke and I am looking to replace the spring and the strut. Now where would I be able to lookup the part number for the spring and the strut? Also, when looking for parts online. I saw a couple of websites who have â�?��?strut assemblyâ�?� for sale! What is the difference between a strut and a strut assembly? Do I need the assembly?

I believe the assembly is the whole with spring, top plate, boot, bump stop, all put together ready to go onto car... If you want part numbers, Fordparts.com is a good place to check, and also a great place to order from. You will have to do both sides though. For balance.
