My brother (surefire1313) was driving home from college last nite and someone crashed into him on the highway and sent his 5 month old 2000 SVT spinning out of control and smashed him into a concrete wall. He's fine (physically), but I know he's devistated about his car. Here's a link to his post in the midwest forum: crash

I should be getting some pics later today I hope....Elky, do you have any SVT mesh sets left? His front plastic mesh was destroyed in the crash. I looked at the GB thread, but couldn't find if you posted your # of remaining sets.

last night was really bad. i live on a big hill, and i slid for 4 straight blocks down it. only was i was able to stop is by slamming into a snow bank and doing a 180. no damage tho. id i had stayed straight i would have slid down the last block and across the main road into the guard rail (like someone seems to do every winter).

My grandparents' next door neighbor has a guard rail in their front yard installed many years ago for that very reason .. cars used to come crashing in their front porch all the time from the steep street perpendicular to their house.
