If I have my insurance and stuff, am I OK ? story I thought they'd nail him hard for trying to escape from the police or something like that (dunno the legal term) ... interesting. Speeding is one thing. Trying to get away from the cops should be dealt with of a bit more harshly IMHO. T.

They put all their eggs in one basket on the reckless driving and lost for good reason. Speeding alone on a road al by yourself should not constitute reckless driving. They argued that the law states that you have to me X number of criteria to be reckless, like 2 or 3 at least, so speeding along isn't considered reckless 1995 SE 2.5L V6/MTX 187k
