Few years ago we had a go-kart racing meeting in a nice track upstate CT.

I have some guys from class and they want to race, but I cant find info on that same track.

Anyone knows which track I am talking about? It is indoor and it is way past Hartford (north).

I know they had a webpage, but googling it didnt help.

Anyone?

Thanks!

I think u right, it was in Windsor, IIRC.

It was indeed more expensive than the "normal" tracks you see around. But it was a NICE indoor track.

But hey, if anyone knows any NICE DECENT track equivalent to the one in Windsor, just send me the info. But it has to be in CT.

And by the way, the plan is to have even number of people competing, and the last half will pay for the first half that wins. For instance, we have 6 people so far. The first 3 winners will race for free, and the last 3 racers will pay double. That makes things more interesting

so if anyone is up for the challange, just let me know.

maybe there is another one in CT...

I like the idea of the last half pays for the first half, but f the place you are talking about is anything like F1, then paying for one person is bad enough.

I'll see if I can find out anything because I did hear of it before, just don't know where.

Only ones I usually use are the ones on the Berlin Turnpike. Not the greatest in the world, but better than anything else in the area. None of the electric powered crap.

http://www.karttrak.com/ This is the one you guys are all thinking about and there prices aren't all that bad. All though the track is small for their fast karts. Here is a new one going in Wallingford which will be much better since the track is huge. http://www.ontrackkarting.com/ I talked with a guy selling memberships at the mall and he said they will have a 300ft straight away. They are also going to have 9hp carts for people that get certian times. I can't wait for it to open in early 06. I already have a membership.

I had that idea.... just to motivate the guys. Actually it all started with we mocking each others driving skills... so i told them we would set this thing straight on a kart race. And to spice things up, the last half will pay for the other guys.

Hey.... if you guys are interested, just lets do it. The more the better.
