OP jrlayden New CEG\'er J Joined: May 2003 Posts: 48 Kansas	Okay, so i've got some problems... My 98 SVT, when disengaging the clutch in any gear, shakes/shudders. I've got 161k on the clock and I think it may be the original clutch. Also, when I slightly depress the clutch (1/2 Inch) while cruising in gear, it vibrates then also. Could this be a roll-resistor, or any other mounts, the clutch, etc..? I'm new to clutch issues, but am a very capable diy-er. Please help, as i've searched and have found no help at all. That's good clutch life though. Me? Expert on clutches? Not me! Look to Ray and Big Jim. But I would not hesitate to suggest the clutch is about to go as 161K mile is a long time for a clutch. I've not owned a manual transmission older than 90K miles. Can't say I have experienced a clutch change above that. "Always do the cheap and easy ones first." 1996 V6 ATX 96K miles
