IMO, I think we should all contact the Better Business Bureau and shut these fu**ers down! Obviously they are still producing the hoods and trunks, so they are still in business. Go to www.bbb.com and file a complaint.

i believe Ryansblacksvt was the first to mention this. he did contact CF1 who said they were having a dispute with the shipping company. he also said that he was working with the shipping company to help them get paid from CF1. thread on CF1 at COA

as i told him, the receiver would be in no way responsible for paying for the shipping fees. any threats to turn it over to collections or file legal action are just that, threats, and empty ones at that. you cannot be bound to an agreement you did not enter (even if you did unknowingly). any attempts to enter you into any such agreement without your consent/knowledge sounds like fraud to me. to enter into an agreement as such you MUST be aware of what you are getting into. of course, if all this was written onto the form you signed, then they would have a possible argument, imo. but...i dunno, sounds just plain fishy and bad business to me. if it went to small claims court, a judge might not agree with such an "agreement".

not to mention, of course, that you already DID pay for the shipping to CF1 who is obligated to pay that to the shipper. of course, if some "agreement" were upheld by a court then you would have to pay and then seek recovery against CF1. (see how the law can be confusing??)

personally, i would just tell the shipping company to stick it. they keep on shipping these damn hoods while CF1 doesnt pay?? wtf? (unless they keep changing shippers )

man i knew that company was ghetto from the moment i laid eyes on their sorry ass hoods. (no offense to any owners). nothing but excuses on fitment and quality, puhlease! and i emailed these douchebags via ebay about the fitment of the cowl hoods and they said there were NO fitment issues at all!!
