The bodyshop dude gave me a bit of a tip for sanding the filler: He says to use about a 1 foot long peice of 2x4 or something rigid and straight, wrap the sandpaper around it, and holding the contraption horizontally, work it in a vertical up-down motion all accross the seam. A little more filler, some quality feathering, and it should be ready to go back to the body shop by tomorrow.
I like the idea of making a mold of this thing. After all this work, it would suck the big kacheeba if something happened to this thing. I just dont think there's going to be enough interest in another Pre-98 SVT front bumper GB to warrant it. But if there was, I'd totally do it.
