When the secondaries open during driving the car first thing in the morning(cold)it stalls for a split second then operates fine. It usually does this twice then it works without a problem. I have no idea what it could be and am looking for some ideas.

Drive it gently until the car warms up.

It's easier on the car to not rev that high until the temp is up. Less wear. If it still happens, you might have trouble.
