What options do I have for a high output alternator? Are there any? I searched and haven't found anything so any help would be appreciated.

There was a group buy on them I believe a few months back. You might want to searchthe Group Buy forum and see if it names the supplier, or get ahold of the person who started the group buy...that's a good place to start.

don't do that!! iirc, tom (wa2tuff) bought one and has gotten completely hosed on it. pm him to find out more info.
unless you're competing in spl contests, the stock alt is fine for 99.9% of the car audio systems on CEG.

I remember hearing that alot of people got screwed, many of the HO alternators would have a shot bearing very quickly and i don't think the company was willing to help out much.

the ones i remember are mean green alts, and theres a link for a cheaper one. do a just cuz i know there was a link to the 2nd company for a cheaper one.

eek! i had no idea they had problems with the HO Alts. I just remembered a GB went on for em. If your loking for more power...wire up another battery!! The more, the merrier!
