p0401 code and horrible gas mileage

i searched and found what the code dealt with (egr flow insufficient) is there anything else that this could possibly be. i cleaned my egr like 3 months ago really good. the car only has 50k on it if that matters any. i drove 90 miles and used a half of a tank of gas so ive gotta get this fixed asap. well let me know guys. thanks

Try cleaning the throttle body, and the MAF while you're at it. Sometimes the EGR passages to the throttle body will get lots of carbon build-up in them. Good luck.
