Thought I would share this with everyone. I pull into the parking lot at work today and there is a new white Focus ZX3 (so I think) parked way in the corner away from everyone. So I go take a look and it has as SVT badge on the back. :rolleyes: I look at the wheels and they are 16 inch and on the windshield there is a Focus SVT banner. :rolleyes: So, about 30 minutes ago I see this guy go out to the car, so I go out and meet him. I ask him about his SVT Focus and he says he ordered it in December and that it finally arrived. :rolleyes: I tell him the SVT has 17 inch wheels and a different front fascia and he says the early ones do not have that.  I then ask him to pop the hood and it has the regular 4 in it. I ask about the SVT badging on the motor and he says it didn't come with it. I also noticed the 5 speed and told him about the six speed and he said that was an option. :rolleyes: What a goof. I am going to print out the specs for the Focus SVT and tape it to his windshield.

Don't worry about my 'tour. We know each other and nothing like that will happen. But even I didn't think he would stoop this low. I will give him crap for the rest of the time I know him.

Don't worry about my 'tour. We know each other and nothing like that will happen. But even I didn't think he would stoop this low. You actually know this guy??? I have talked to him a couple of times and he seemed pretty cool. Didn't expect a 35 year old Lawyer to do something like this though.  Anyway, I have to give him crap, he earned it.

Well, considering there are no SVT Foci at dealers yet, and the only options IIRC are the winter package and the audio package, this guy got taken for a ride.
It's all about balance.

The first 2002 SVT Focus was made this past Mo :p nday, so it couldn't be a real SVT.
2000 SE fleet, V6, ATX, ABS, no spoiler, T-Green/tan. Built 01/2000 in MO.
Added 12 spoke factory SE rims, K&N. Biggest mod: ESP Plan!

HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHA - almost as good as the SVT Exspedition(sp) posted earlier - this is ridiculos, Id rather have a "sleeper" FOci than a fake SVT.....would love to pull up beside this guy hehehe.
