Tried searching but did'nt find anything, I was trying to remove the nuts for the y pipe , but I ended up stripping one , So my question, Does the whole y pipe need to be replaced in order to replace the nut and bolt?

no, just get replacement bolts

But it looks like the bolt is part of the y pipe bracket.

just bang it out with a hammer. If that dosent work bring out the propane torch and heat it up. Should cone out easy enough.
