Okay to answer your question if your seats do not fold down it is really easy. Firmly grip the bottom seat at the corner and lift up. you'll here a pop. repeat on other side then remove. next unbolt the back part of the seat from the bottom and slide up. Ta-da! Thats how i did it but i put the bottom seat on and left off the back. (Sub is much louder this way!)
