Probably made the wiper arm unaligned when replacing the wipers.. look to see if they are bottoming out on the plastic cowl at the bottom.
Driver's and passenger's sides are different lengths.. make sure they are on the right end.

what sizes did you get?
The passenger side is suppose to be 21' and the driver side 20'
I just bought like these PIAA Sporza Wipers, they are awesome!

Thanks. They are the correct sizes and are on the correct sizes. True, they may be hitting the plastic, but I don't understand what you mean on alignment. Also on the subject of the chaddering, I use RainX and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

the wiper arms themselves can be moved up and down on the splined motor shaft. Not THAT likely to have happened, but if the wipers/arms are bottoming out on thw xowl area, then that is what happened..

I had to replace my wiper motor. When I put it all back together, I accidentally switched the left and right wiper arms. The arms are identical, but the blades of course, aren't. I kept trying to adjust them as they would hit the side trim or each other until I realized what I did and switched the blades. No problems. Possibly you have the blades switched?
