I gave you a five star vote, not because I agree with everything you said (or anything for that matter!) but just because I can appreciate people going against the norm. You spoke your mind (on several occasions actually- but whatever) and I enjoy some different opinions on the board.
For all I care, you can stick around, just don't insult people who have just been in the hospital for serious sh!t (Trapps- feel better man!).

Ok, I just read the 'I told you so' or whatever it was called post and I take that 5star rating back. Frankly, you took it too far, someone was trying (that's half the battle) and when they didn't deliver, you rubbed it in their face. You are an arse!!

Why? I got a lot of respect for some of the guys, like Rara, Terry, and Chris Hightower. Intelligent responses and appear to go out of the way for you guys (I'm guessing... Engineers?  ). I'm checking here everyday, as a matter of fact, just checking to see if there is any news of Chris's progress with the turbo. And by the way, don't shed any tears for me. A Hayabusa now takes the place where the SVT sat.

... so what'd he do wrong again? Because I read the thread, and I'm still looking for the crime. He said he'd like to see a turbo kit, but can't pay for it?
I'd love to see a turbo kit for our cars. It doesn't mean I can buy one, or would, for my meager SE Sport ATX. It just means that I'd love to see another aftermarket part for our cars, and love to see some guys making their Contours a little faster. This isn't "love to" in a sarcastic, yeah-that'll-be-the-day sense, but "love to" as in that'd-be-badass-go-tours sense. And after a few months of following this board, I have every confidence that Hightower and co. will pull it off.
Should I be bracing to get flamed for essentially wanting to see people who have the potential and desire to benefit from a turbo realize this potential?

I read the thread that 'Exsvt1' posted...and I'm not quite sure what he did wrong either. He has an opinion and spoke pretty respectfully. He may have been uninformed but he wasn't a jerk about it...and isn't that the point of the boards? To inform people that don't know something?
Am I missing something? Did he get out of hand in some other thread? When did he insult someone?
