...was in my mom's mystique doing 51 in a 40 zone. Guy caught me right as I came over a hump in the hill...****ty part was a vette about 5 car lenghts infront of me doing the same speed and a benz behind me doing the same. Ah ****. Now I can either just take the ticket and get 2 points, or go to court and get it changed to a non-moving violation. One time deal thing...Being a 17 year old with a 6 month licence, I'm going for the second one.

Can you not defer tickets in your state? I would just do that, and chill out for 6 months.

because of 1 ticket? try getting a $100 ticket for SUDDEN ACCELERATION in a 92 Dodge Caravan. talk about an oxymoron!
edit: yes people, you heard me...sudden acceleration in a CARAVAN!

Dude .. you can do 51 in a 40 in any car. I do it fairly often in my own lowly SE Personally, I actually find it easier to maintain speed in an standard-transmission car than an automatic, since I'm paying more attention to what gear I'm in and watching the tach.

Yeah but knowing me in a CSVT that would be more along the lines of 75 in a 40...
