Wanted to know if you PERSONALLY installed a QUAIFE Diff so I can get some pointers smile

i wouldent even attemt this unless you are a certified mechanic, even then...

Unless you have a manual including side load specs, and have done a diferential set up before, don't attempt this. Some of the cases require clearance grinding for the larger Quaife case as well. A basic Quaife set up will cost you 0.5 - 2 hours shop time depending on how far down your trans is disassembled when you deliver it to a transmission shop and if it requires any clearance grinding from what I've been quoted.
