Well, this may be somewhat of a n00b thing, but I am planning on hunting myself up a CSVT come June.
Now for the obvious stuff. I'll be 17, and yes this will be my first car. No, I don't have a job, but my dad is willing to let me borrow from him and make payments, and I have already checked out the insurrance.
So, rip into me for that, others have. On with the ideas.
I'm not planning for any performance mods other than simple bolt-ons like intake and whatnot, so no worries there. I was thinking about some simple visual mods and stuff, and if these things seem to be doable to you guys I'll post more detailed threads in the asthetics section.
So, the first one would be: Red interior lights, but with a twist. As I believe I will often be riding people such as parents, grandparents, and people general not "hip", I'd like to be able to switch between normal and red interior lights, like dome lights and whatnot.
Next up is adding a bunch or guages in the pillar, on top of the dash, and under the sterio.
Anothr idea I had earlier this week, was about a H.U.D. Do you think one from a Grand Prix could be made to work, if someone wanted to put in the elbow grease?
That's about all for now, and I'll search on these topics tomorrow night. I just had a moment to type this and didn't want to forget any of it, as tomorrow will be a busy day.
