Welcome aboard!
I have... err... had a setup like that & recorded it after my car got totalled. I'll e-mail the vid clip if you want it.
I installed a mid sized 5x8 Magnaflow at the resonator spot with stock SVT rear mufflers. Subdued, yet throaty & fantastic when ya get on the gas.
EDIT
Now that I listen to it again, it had a nice rumble at idle, but maybe a bit too quiet...
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Was it noticibly louder with the Magnaflow compared to the stock resonator? How about coupled with an optimized y-pipe? I'm kinda getting the itch to do something like this w/o going whole hog with a full catback. Maybe get some good quality/bigger tips to fill out the bumper holes better as well.

I use a Magnaflow to replace the stock resonator and kept the stock SVT mufflers. At idle it burbles sort of like a V8. Not too loud though. At quarter to half throttle going through the gears it's louder than stock and sounds better but it doesn't drone then or at cruise. If you really get on it, it has a pretty nice sound, and seems fairly loud but it's hard to tell when you are in the car. I listened to it when it was on the dyno getting smogged but the technician really didn't get on the throttle enough to really tell much. All I can say is that it sounds better than stock. I suppose if I drove around with my windows open I'd be able to say more. Actually, I can set off people's car alarms sometimes. Karl

That's the same part number I came up with as well. It's 22" long x 2.5" (internal dia)
