Kane, you need to tell your brother Thornbirds are possibly one of the worst off road tires made. They suck on the rocks, in the mud, and on the street. They are right behind TSLs and Boggers in road noise. They are OK in the sand, but thats about it and there are much better tires out there for that. They do look sweet though.

Somebody please tell me what is wrong...
its a lincoln with a GM drivetrain
And he would have saved time if he would have put the lincoln front clip( grill & hood ornament) on a ranchero then used the lincoln trunk to make that ugly tailgate!
I don't "mod" I just fix what breaks!

Ray is in the wrong. (OMG! ) It "used to be" that this forum was reserved for Contour-pics only, till a year or so ago .. see my post in the Accord topic re: this.

Oh, he knows... he just had them lying around. He put them on that Ranger, and I drove it with them on there. WOW... Bias ply tires SUCK on the street (with what, 5 psi max of air?).
Then he put the black rims with radials back on the Ranger. 5th gear was still unusable with the 2.9L V6.
Oh, and I forgot to mention he has an idea of making the car amphibious with pontoons and a prop using the PTO on the tranny.
