This thread needs less ignorant RandyCSVT and more people knowledgeable on the platform.

regardless of what kind of car it is, you just can't deny how frickin clean and sharp looking it is. I'm just totally wowed by it. My parents had an Oldsmobile station wagon when I was younger and I hated it. Such an eyesore - pea soup green too I think. blech And it always gave them problems.
Yours is just sparkly. so nice

I have absolutely no desire to make this car a stick. It's a crusier, plus ol girl who drives it will only drive an slushbox.
Only reason I would ever consider the L67 swap is not for HP, but for relaibility and ease of maintenance. Cheaper for me to pay someone $1500 - $2000 in labor +$800 in parts than rebuild/replace the stock tranny/engine.

How is it ignorant to state the fact that this car was very popular among all my ghetto friends when I lived in inner city Providence. Ask around the Cutty and Bonnie are the top two, soon to be taken over by any passenger car with 24" wheels. Thankfully, spinners have died out a little.
I was not bashing the car, just talking about its cult like following in certain circles. I bet you that car could get more than its book value in certain parts of town.

All late 80's and mid 90's Chevys are popular in the hood. Easy and cheap to put a set of Chrome 20"s or 22"s on em. Box Chevys and Bubble Caprices are the most popular.

I saw a late 90's impalla lifted on what had to be the largest wheels I have ever seen. I swear a midget could duck underneath the car and make it out alive if ever run over.
The only thing that scares me is the fact that many people do not consider the fact that their braking distance has tremendously increased.

Great looking shots. I love Cutlass convertables, especially triple black ones but hey triple white is hot too. I wish I wouldn't have sold my Cutlass. I personally like the dash in the 94s better than I did 95, a lot more gauges to look at. How's the timing belt?

How's the timing belt?
Your the only person who has ever said that. I swear
Timing belt was inspected by me prior to purchase. I poppedunbolted the front bank inspection cover and didn't see a lot of belt dust and no shreds. Fingers crossed that someone replaced the belt at the required 70K mile mark as the car has just over 105K on it.
