Nope......Unless you want to remove.....
1. Oil pan 2. Crankshaft 3. Pintons and rods.
Once all this is removed you can then drop the valve out. Seems simpler to just remove the head and check for total damage and repair.....

Ya, in theory you might be able to do it this way, but I'd like to see you really do it.
The best answer is NO WAY.

Why do you think a valve is bent?

Yeah, the Zetec is a non-interference engine. Thoeretically snapping a timing belt should NEVER result in further damage. But I do suppose it is always possible, though very improvable. Soooo why exactly do you think a valve is bent?

If a Piston ever pulls down through the bottom of an engine block something is seriously wrong! Some of the 2 stroke motors will but i've yet to see a 4 Stroke do this. Reason :- the cylinder bores are actually slightly coned, wider at the top than the bottom.

They should not be. The only taper would be from wear. Taper wear to the cylinder is not nearly as common as it was 30 or 40 years ago. For the most part cylinder taper wear is no slight that you seldom dnned a ridge reamer to remove pistons from the top any more. My ridge reamer hasn't been out of my tool box for over 30 years.
