Before i get shot down in flames i have searched through pages and pages on this with conflicting info so, could someone please tell me the best place to get these gauges . I need SVT ones btw.

Here... these gauges are quite nice and come with everything you will need. Keep in mind that the highbeam indicator is on the left side of the cluster to match the E0 style SVT's.
