Well I am soon to be the proud owner of a 98 CSVT needless to say I am stoked.I just got some paper work to do thanks for the Carfax. I am paying $5200 for it which is a little steep still but. The engine only has 60,000 miles on it. I guess the guys son blew it but ford replaced under warranty. He said that he replaced 4 rotors 4 calipers alternator and water pump. WHen they got the engine swapped he put a new heavy duty clutch in. Sounds all up and up. I drove it today and couldn't say no. Wow the engine sound the handling and speed were really great I was expecting it to be dogged out with 126,000 on the odometer, but noway. The clutch and breaks are definatly tight.
