Looking for a replacement for my 97. If anyone knows of a car (pre-98) in reasonably good shape with the duratec and the 5spd that would be great. Low kilometers preferred. Dont know if I should have posted this here but the people that browse this area are probably mostly from the GTA.
On a side note.. Nice ride 1FASTDAD. Saw you in bradford the other day near No Frills.

What price range are you looking at? There appears to be some around Ontario, but depends on the price too.

i've got a 95LX that's in pretty good shape it's completely stock and has about 140K on it right now. It was driven by my mom for the last 9 years and then i've driven it between school and toronto for the last year (kingston -- toronto) all hwy km's

i have to sell mine (95 se mtx 158k) before christmas of this year. Getting a 04 zx5. Way to much preventative maintanance done to justify a trade in. Check out my profile.

Its either going to be a replacement tour or a used VW Golf.
I researched the KBB value for mine and it was about 4700 with the low kilometers it had (106500). I only used it on the evenings and weekends because I have a work vehicle. I cannot justify buying something new right now. Im looking to spend $3-$5G but it has to be in decent shape. I dont think Ill find something with around 106k between 8-10 years old but thats one of the most important selling issues for me. If its been taken care of and its that low, I will pay above book. Of course the leather, sunroof, ps,pw, fogs etc would be nice too. Preferably LX,SE

I have my 95SE 2.5 MTX. I've rebuilt the car pretty much. Motor 2months ago with only 35k, Engine tranny mounts, brake lines, fuel lines,struts, and so on let me know!
