hello everyone.
i just purchased a 96 Contour GL w/ the 2.0 as my daily driver and family car.
picked it up for pretty cheap since the guy selling it thought the car was toast (overheating). turns out it was the infamous temp gauge sensor on the bottom side of the tstat housing. pretty cheap fix!
im not new to cars or modding them, i have a 96 monte carlo that i custom made a turbo kit for and im making well over 300 hp with it, i just cant drive it daily anymore with a family being planned for my wife and i so i had to get a 4 door. plus the gas mileage is a killer in the monte.
i have a few questions about the contour and more specifically about the 2.0 zetec engine and i will post the questions in the troubleshooting section if anyone can help out. (no its not the standard newb's questions either, lol)
