Black with a ski rack getting on 293 from 2nd street in Manchester, NH at 8:00 AM. He was getting on to go North and I was going South. We almost passed by each other.
Anyone?

I saw a silver frost SVT on 101 west yesterday with North Carolina plates. Go figure...
