Using PB blaster is smart, if the nuts are in good shape, use them again. Don't forget to remove the bracket nut along with the six others on the flanges. If the nuts are in rough shape don't replace them with zinc. Remember to use antiseize. Remove the O2 sensor when the Y is off the car, antiseize when it goes back in the new pipe.

that should cover it, take your time also because if you snap a stud off the manifold you are going to kick your self as it is a [censored] to drill out with the car on jackstand, I had to go to a muffler shop and they burned it out
I just went ahead and broke the nuts off since they were rusty and degraded, also make sure you clean the studs before putting it back together
if you have a two bolt cat and the hardware looks shot, you can get a "Help" spring bolt set for a Crystler that works great
make sure you have a new y-pipe gasket if you have a two bolt cat as if it is really old it will leak when it goes back together

yup I know they are in my basement at the moment, Pre98 didn't want them after he won the headers so instead of leaving them at the side of the hotel parking lot I dropped them into my trunk, plus I was getting P0420 and P0430 codes at the time also
