I have a 95 SE. I have seen many other Non SVT owners exhaust installs that in most cases just stick out under the bumper. Has anyone thought of notching the bumper for the exhaust to exit strait through instead of pointing downward. Do you think this would be hard. If anyone has please post pics. Thanks

It does NOT point downward?

The SVT bumper extends lower and therefore needs the cutouts.

The SE bumper does not and therefore the exhaust exits under it with no holes needed.

It's a simple bolt on with the right bracket pieces. No need to bend the tips down...

I've thought about this too. I am not sure that the non-SVT bumper is low enough to make this work. It's worth a shot though. I'd take it to a shop and ask them about it.
You do the footwork and then let me know your findings. I expect a full report by Wednesday wink .
