This was a last resort method. After 2 ft. breaker bars with a 3 ft pipe over it and after an impact, after soaking it in a lubricant for a week, and going at it again.

we have a chevy we work on in class, and we had to remove the crank damper bolt... the exact same way, wouldnt more at all with breaker bars, extensions, impact gun, etc...

Since the engine was taken out, we ended up using a breaker bar, with a 4' tube extension on the end to finally break it free and a can of wd-40 later.

my friend bought a brand new 500 ft/lb of torque air gun and took it right off. The thing spun on the ground like a top for like 2 mins and cut a gash in my friends toe lol. so much for working on your car with sandals lol
