Installing headers is a big job and IIRC, it requires dropping the engine and transmission together on the subframe.
Good luck with the cost on labor or the labor if you do it yourself.

not sure about that, its tight but I think you can get to everything, of course it is easier with the engine out of the car
Shaggy was going to install Randys headers in Elkys garage at his house

No way dude! At most, I have removed the small alternator bracket, thats it. 8-10 hour job. Less without beer breaks!

Wow, I can't imagine trying to install headers with the engine in the engine bay. Our engine bays sucks.

You can check out Martel Racing in Manchester, NH. They will do anything and love to do custom work like this. Their rates are kinda moderate, but I'd call and talk to them.

Took me 20+ hours and the emotional scars are still there. Luckily the sound of my exhaust makes it all better. Some will say this is overkill, but removing the radiator is not too much extra work and makes the front manifold much easier to remove and replace. The rear is a B*tch, and took most of the time. Make sure you loosen your EGR first. This can be a do it yourself job as long as you have another car and a friend greatly helps.I tried to find shops that would do it, but most pop the hood and say they will only do it by the hour. If I were you I would pay someone to do the rear manifold and then easily do the front yourself by removing the radiator. I know the radiator removal is not needed, but if you remove it you will have everything right in front of you. Flex head gear wrenches are your best friend.
