Wassup guys, I was looking around for rims for my Contour and I found these and everything fits but I wanted to know how it would look on the stock suspension. The tire size would be 215/40-18. Would there be any grazing of the wheel on any part of the body of the car? I have a 2000 SE sport in T-red. How do you think it would look, i'd try to photoshop it but I don't have the prgram, thanks.

It would look good. The tire size can match the original total diameter, but a drop is recommended to get the original look or lower if desired. Adjustable Konis are your friend

See, I have saggy suspension, so my front end looks a little dropped. My luck though I'll pop a strut running over a dime in the road.

Others will chime in.

Konis dont adjust ride height. You would have to use GC's if you wanted to do that.

I think I'd run a 225/40/18 for a little extra sidewall. Especially with stock suspension.

What is the offset and do they do them in a 4x108mm?

Pretty sweet though!

It would sit REALLY high on the stock suspension but other than wheel gap i bet they would look killer

Just to give you an idea this is what my mystique looked like with the same size wheels and tires on stock suspension

I would recommend going with a little bigger tire too for improved ride quality and a little more protection for your wheel investment

18's look ridiculous on stock suspension on a regular Contour. If you have an SVT then you can pull it off. Those rims are alright. I just got the J10's.

Edit: You will certainly want 225's as that is a 7.5 inch rim.

I realized this... this is how they look now

and the total cost of the ground effects and springs was LESS than the wheels. Definetly worth the extra effort to make those wheels look good.
