Yep. Contact them directly for specific inquiries. www.iptech.tv

Their phone number is on the website. Ask for Shawn, as he is the one that is building the 3.0L duratec for Bill P. that is to go into his focus.

Still have the urethane filled, aka "magic fingers" rear mount?

No - It went to the trash heap. I replaced it with the SVT rear mount which has ALOT more rubber than the the stocker, but it's still alot softer than the urethane one was.

I think David Z. did urethane filling of the smaller holes in the SVT one for his 3.0 though.

All my engine mounts are urethane filled and I run the ES trans mount insert.

Makes a nice difference to driving characteristics...

Just remember, if you fill/locate the front mount the rear mount is now going to take the brunt of all the engine rotation. I have seen a couple of beaten rear mounts on ES front cars. On mount I saw had its pressed in rings popped out of the housing! I did the home-made urethane mounts (front & rear) and can say that they make a huge difference. I will have a couple of sets for sale during the Chicago meet this Sunday, for those interested. Here is a link to a small article of one of my front mount installs (before I started doing the rears):
http://www.geocities.com/svt_contour/Contour/engine_mount_front.html

The rear mount is a lot more flexible than most think. If you fill the little holes on the side disks of the mount, there is still an entire center section of air in there. You can pop out one of the pressed in rings and remove the rubber insert to see what I mean. I need to scan my pics of a disassembled mount. I completely fill the rear mount, so there is no open air left.

I had a somewhat heated discussion with the fella who brought up the urethane mount to the Contour scene, because he said he let the urethane set up for 3 hours before driving. Well, when I filled my first mount (5 completed to date) I filled it completely and let it set. It took 7 days before the innermost urethane cured to a point where I did not have any wet urethane on the tip of an awl that I stuck into the fill. I now fill the mounts in 3 stages over a 6 day time frame and bake the mounts for 3 hours to set the cure. It is a bit overkill, but that is the way I do things. If you plan on doing the urethane fill at home, get a spare set of mounts and let it cure completely before installing.

A last note, I have had one SVT owner that had vibration problems with his urethane filled mounts. I installed a set and he said the car would almost shake the dash off the cowl and vibrate his doors, mainly around 2500rpm. His friends thought something was broken with is car. My own SVT was smoothest at 2500rpm, so I was stumped why his car had a "bad" reaction to the mounts. None of the other installs I had performed had the problem. We reinstalled a stock set of mounts with the Energy Suspension front insert and his vibrations were gone. Just thought I would post that note and give a reinforcement to why you may want to purchase a second set of mounts before performing this mod.
