Well I think I'm going to trade/sell the contour. I need something a litte more reliable this winter. I've have intermitant starting problems for the last little while. Other than that it has been an amazing car!

We just took in a car at my dealership I am going to buy. I'm not going to be at this place for much longer so I am going to take advantage of the resources while i'm there. It's a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe. Great condition. 160,000kms. Leather, HUD, sunroof, Monsoon(not that I would keep the sound stock for long!).

I've always liked the styling of the GP. I'll have ot get used to the interior though. Its and amazing deal that I just can't pass up.

Any thoughts? Buyers for the Contour?

I've always liked the Grand Prix, especially the coupe. You don't see many of them. Very nice car to mod,and they're damn quick.

personally,I'd keep the Contour,I just don't get along well with GM products. My dad has long time been a GM guy and he bought his first Ford last month,a 2001 Lincoln LS and he's never been happier.

Actually it will fit. It is a 4 plug intake, I just have one blocked off. I am pretty sure I through out my stock one though.

If I can find a stock one I will definitly sell you this one.

Go with the GTP!

I love them... My mother have a Grand Prix GT and the torque is so amazing!

But that's just my point of view. Try it and you'll love it

Chat it up via PM or email with Putz. He just got rid of his GTP for an Explorer. He will probably have a lot of tips and advice if you're considering one.

Just a note though...you will probably need some premium gas for a supercharged GTP. So, you'll end up paying more for that luxury.

Aside from that, GP's are nice. They are quite a bit bigger than a Contour, but I've found them great on the highway for cruising.
