As the title says I'm just wondering if anyone here has them and what series they are, and what they think of them.

I've had a blown speaker in the driver door, and I'm finally thinkin about replacing them..

I got Ralley series components front and rear. I love them. They have the silk tweeters that aren't harsh like metal ones. Absolutely clean sound!

I have Boston Pro 6.53s up front. They were Boston's old 3-way component set which consisted of a 6.5" midbass a 4" midrange and an aluminum dome tweeter. I am bi-amping them with JL 300/2s.

The best advice I can give to you is to audition some with your favorite music at a reputable shop or better yet listen to some that are actually in a car.

Boston might not get all of the hype and have the panache of say Focal or MB Quart but they make some pretty nice speakers that are very reliable.

Boston also has some of the best customer service in the industry. Feel free to e-mail them or call them up to talk technical stuff and they will do all that they can to help you out.

I have the NX67's 6.5 2 way. I think it's there 2nd lowest line.
They are damn good, I want to go to pro60's or Z6's eventually.

i had a set of pro 6.5's in my last vehicle. they are great speakers, but the neo tweeters are notoriously harsh if you are listening to them on-axis. if you are looking for a speaker that will do very well in an off-axis setup, i'd give them a look.

i also had the Boston Pro 6.5s in my old car. they were the best sounding speakers ive ever had. i should have pulled them out before i sold the car but theyre reallllly expensive though. i have mb quarts in one car and orions in the other. the boston's sounded better than both, though the orions sound incredible too.
