my wife tried to get my car inspected this morning. they declined to inspect it because the resonator just after the mass air meter split on me and i taped it up. i need to get some tubing and remove it all together. it makes me mad, all we have in Hunt county is safety, what does that have to do with the safety of the vehicle?

lets try this again. this time, lets try not to get bent outta shape:D

I once had to change the serpentine belt because it had cracks across (which is supposed to be acceptable) but I didn't argue because it was already 4.5 years old.

they said they had to check for p/s leak and brake leaks. if that is the case, why pop the hood? leaks go down not up

i guess the one thing that was really making me mad was that my wife had to take my son to childrens hospital in dallas. so she ended up running late. she is going to a different place this afternoon

Florida has no vehicle inspections at all.

There was an emission inspection for a while but our Governor, (Double U's brother), deceided to pull the plug.

are you getting a rebuilt car inspected? because in wisconsin, there is an 80 point inspection, which costs 80 dollars...1 dollar per point inspected...it's so safety detailed that if you don't have windshield wiper fluid in, you don't pass...

15 bux state controlled 30 point inspection. they just check off a few points. they only check the obvious stuff so they dont get in trouble. plus if i did get pulled for anything id say it happened after the inpsection.

Alabama says if it (kinda) rolls its ok! We have no inspection either. I once drove my old Lincoln w/ both of the doors removed, right before I parted it out. I had to go right by the police station! I had my seatbelt on though!
