I am looking at a 98 CSVT that has a blown engine. It also has some body damage on the left hand back door, needs paint, has 100,000 miles and needs tires. How much is it worth? I would either find another 2.5 or build a 3.0 for it.

TIA

1500 on a HIGH HIGH HIGH side.

Look towards getting it for about 1200

I would, at least.

I would give the guy less than $800 for it...

If it isn't running, needs paint, has body damage, and needs tires, that sounds like a junkyard car to me...

You aren't even paying for an engine, you are paying for a piece of metal that can't get anywhere...

My rule of thumb, is that if it is running, it's probably worth at least $1200 bucks...
