Just recently, I had my svt sitting for a week or so, and then i started driving it again and noticed that the my problem with the car had gotten worse. When I press on the gas in first gear (mainly) coming from a stop, I have almost no power what so ever. As the rpms go up, they finally hit 4000 and its like instant boost, my car peels out and starts going somewhere. But till then I am going like 3-4 mph. If i start in second gear it doens't seem as bad, its still there but I am still not getting very much speed. But at the same time more then in first gear. Now when I am driving, I can go 50 in 5th, or 60 in 5th, or even 70 in 5th gear, and I will have literly no power. I have to wait extremely long periods of time to get up to high speeds. Now th other a part of the problem is when I press on the gas, and get from 1500-4000 rpms my engine just shakes my entire car. Not like it does normally. It feels like the engine is just ripping itself up trying to do something. The care doesn't feel like its doing anything.
I went to Midas and had everything checked out, and they couldn't find any problems. I dont want to go to ford yet, as they are pretty expensive just to look at your car. Is there anything anyone can suggest that might help my problem out a bit?

Your IMRC is likely stuck OPEN.. causing a severe loss of torque under the IMRC opening point.
No CELS?
I assume that means that they are physically gunked open (vice it being the controller I mean)
Personally suggest the following: Check the status of your linkage. Look under the TB at the rod and linkage and see if they are stuck in an open position (rotated towards the firewall. Don't think that you can get your little finger in there and pry it closed.. if its stuck, it is likely VERY stuck (those are strong return springs) rev the car via the TB and watch for that cable and linkage to move towards the firewall.. if it doesn't (BOTH PARTS.. not one...) then you are stuck open.
follow the UIM/LIM teardown, going AT LEAST as far as the UIM, and clean up the secondary butterflies and linkage while on the car (don't flood the car with too much cleaner) (suggest tearing down LIM too, but still)
replace it all and see what happens. Either way, you could probably use the cleanup if you haven't done it yet.

This is the weird isn't thing. I went and reved the engine for a bit, and finally got a check engine light to come on. I went to autozone and checked the cel's I had a missfire in in cyclinder 1. So I checked the wiring, and what do you know. It was unplugged. Not sure how this happened. I haven't touched my car hardly in months besides just driving it. So I pushed it back in and all is well.
