i know it may be easier asked than done, but is there any way that someone could take a picture of what the IMRC is so i can check it if that is possible? I know what it stands for, I Just need to know where it is at for one and if i can do anything to check if it is indeed my problem.

Under there.. remove the three bolts (7mm IIRC)

Check to make sure the cable coming out the right side (runs to a linkage down under the Throttle Body) is still connected at that linkage, and that it is pulling that linkage open at 3800-4000RPM.
