Ok, so I just took off the hose/tube that runs between the filter box and the throttle body, and sprayed off, and scrubbed the "flipper" in the throttle body interior. I tried to get all around the edges too, as those were likely culprits of it getting stuck on. I then sprayed off the MAF with the electrical contact cleaner. The car is about 1/2 better. It idles at roughly 800-900 RPM, whereas it was idling at about 1000-1200 RPM. There is still a smidgeon of that annoying accelerating on its own though... I'd say it's about 1/2 as severe. I'm going to try and take apart the whole thing and give it and the IAC (so far untouched) a good cleaning on saturday, will keep you posted. Thanks to everyone who has helped!
