Hello to all
Does any know how to remove the armrest on the driver's seat I'm trying to put on some seat covers & need to get the arm rest off to get it to fit HELP!!!!!

Well, I forgot the details but basically what u gotta do is to get a special tool - called something like fork splitter - at least it does look like one. U gotta place the tool between the armrest and the seat itself, and kinda pry it towards you; the armrest is gonna pop out.

Now, if you wanna put the armrest back - u gotta first heat up the white plastic ring that's attached to the armrest; otherwise it would be close to impossible to put it back.

I did it myself - with the above mentioned tool it's a piece of cake. Better off get some cool aftermarket seats

pay the money for either racing seats (not apc) or svt seats

RG's just about got it. Theres a great how to on my Ford CD, I believe it's a tie rod or ball joint splitter or something to that effect. I rented one from Autozone for free....t was like $14.99 that was refunded to me when I returned it.

ive spotted SVT midnight blue leather seat on Ebay (front and rear seat) that could be a good alternative
