I need to replace my heater core.
I do know that I have to take the dash apart to do this.
Has anyone done this on their own?
Can a novice tackle it?

thanks

drain the coolant, get under the car and look at the bottom rear of the fire wall you will see 2 heater hose connections, pull the clamps and remove hoses. remove center console(search on here for that)remove a couple off vacuum lines the front of the heater box and you should be looking at the heater core. put shop towels down to catch antifreeze that will come out of the heater core. I think that covers it, maybe someone can chime in if i missed anything.
