All city driving and I get 325 miles per tank. That is to the point where it will sputter when taking off from a light. Also, I can never cram more than 13.4 gallons in. Anything more and it spills over.
Once I hit 350 miles all city. That was weird. I've never been able to do it since.
Also, the fuel sender is pretty easy to replace. My gauge would read below empty when I had over a 1/2 tank of gas. After replacing the sender, it is dead on. The old sender was very loose and wasn't contacting properly causing the horribly inaccurate readings.

I have the same issue as all above. Reason we have this problem is tied in mostly to the design of the fuel cell/tank. Being a multi-layer plactic contraption you have a few factors to set in. Flex, these are tanks with little as a 3mm inside wall thruout the whole assembly. Then, permination. Plastic soaks up gasoline after so long. So to help with that they apply a resin polymer for the " barrier" between the gas and the rest of the tank.

The Mystiques have a gas light? Lucky! Or is it all 98+ Contiques? I don't have any cool gas light. My old non-tach cluster didn't have one and neither of my tach clusters have one. I'm pretty sure that my current cluster was out of a Mystique as well. BP

Must be 98+ I dont have a light on my 95, though I do have that problem with the gas. 150KM before its out of the "F" than I get about 100KM on the first qaurter, 150KM second quarter and than it just bottoms out on the last half!

Yeah, mine does some wacky stuff too. It'll sit at "F" for like 150miles, then drop like a brick to 1/8 tank in like 60 miles. WTF?

Yeah, I just did a a maintance check on my tour.
99 4cyl LX 67,500 Miles
Oil change every 2,500 miles Transmission Oil flush and changed New spark plugs and wires New O2 sensor in bank 1 New intake sensor (mass air flow sensor, the senor next to the air box) New fuel filter Fuel Injector cleaner in fuel tank New winter tires with correct air pressure
It feels like I just drove it off the lot! It shifts really nice and I feel I am getting better gas mileage than before. But I still get the same fuel gauge reading as the rest of you. The first half of tank seems to last long, but once 1/2 tank reaches it feels like I have a v8 enginge! Silly gauge!
