my new engine is being built to 500+ hpso i need a new fuel system. anybody know where i can get one??

no kidding... anyone with the knowledge to build a duratech to 500hp should be able to get ahold of a new fuel system no problem.

true but the way people acheive shizit is by asking other people who might have an idea of were to get a system!!!

First, you need to size your injectors to the amount of HP you will have on your car, then you can compute your flow rate needed for an inline pump. I made a "basic" program at home to compute injector size automatically, but there are several on the net like it. You need to know HP, # of cylinders, and NA/SC/TC as the basics. Do a search for injector calculator or related at Yahoo and you should find something. wink

i still say i would be really suspicious of anyone who can increase an engines output by 250% but can't figure out the fuel system....

I second that....

when i was looking for a custom turbo kit, the guy sat me down and went down the list of EVERYTHING i would need to run safely.... he said it would cost ALOT more money doing it the right way, but my chances of grenading my engine would be miniscule... he said he could build me a custom turbo with limited accesories for relatively cheap, but not for me to expect it to last long on the stock engine....

but for reference...Duttweiler used 55 lb/hr injectors on his 450HP 2.5L engine.....
